Last year was fine, now it's completely pay to win – Soul Hunters - Assassin's AGE Review

The top 50 or so arena teams are identical right now. Broken, overpowered heroes that you can only get with your wallet and no one else has access too. Which used to be fine when there were one or two massively OP pay to win heroes, because you still had a team of five. NOW the entire five man team is pay to win heroes, which means unless you shell out an extra $100-$300 a month, you're not going to even break the top 50 in arena or epic arena. This is even worse because guild competition is based on damage to raid bosses, so those pay to win heroes are also mandatory for your guild to succeed in competing with other guilds, and obviously any guild wars as well. Used to be fun, used to have a semblance of balance, not now. All the top teams are composed entirely of heroes that you cannot access without a credit card. Your free earned heroes will not make a dent in them. Hell the current pay to win tanks do more damage than the free to play damage dealers/backline. They also are tanky, self heal, and have a ton of mobility and CC. Those are just the tanks. Think about the pay to win damage dealers now. Save your money and time. Play something else. After playing this game for two years and being part of one of the strongest guilds, the player base is finally spiraling down into nothing, which is maybe why they are trying to fleece as much money as they can from the players remaining. Which only does the opposite, and makes players like me quit, too.
