Worst App ever

JrSnoPro

I am a controls electrician by trade, I work with very sophisticated ladder logic programs and machine controls for a living. This app makes me struggle to try and do basic stuff. Good luck average users!!!

Hmm...

drummdude716

I’m happy that it lets me adjust the sound of the speaker, but I wish it would let me change the name.

Horrible App

SIHLEAH

Does not work! Doubt I will buy any more Sony Products! Bought so I could pair other speakers.... well the app is the only way you can do that and the app doesn’t work. Apparently the developer doesn’t care enough to fix this app.... so Sony you have lost my business! Horrible!

Sony speaker

lennyglover

Absolutely does not work I’ve tried everything including song pal which does nothing total rip off,I’m amazed that review before me got anything out of it at all

Not functional

ara.hambone

This app is generally useless, syncing is poor, functionality is occasionally available

Garbage App

BillyJr84

Sony needs to fix the app. Their hardware engineers know what they are doing; not so much the software people.

Frustrating user experience

TxAgg2002

Terrible app, I only bought Sony products (xb20 and later an xb21) to link them together. The sound is great from the speakers, but the app makes for a horrible user experience. It kept saying that the products must be registered to link them together, after doing that, it still does not work. Again, the sound is great on the product, but the functionality is far less than advertised and what I paid for.

2019?

JB347

Who knew Sony could make connecting to a Bluetooth device so difficult.

Fails to connect to speaker

mgh6x37

I have two XB30s and have them connected to each other. When they are connected they show up on the app, however it is never able to control them and says connection failed. If I connect one speaker at a time I have no trouble. I am able to play audio correctly so I do not see why Sony's own app does not recognize their product. This app is clearly terribly designed and has been for years. Sony clearly has no intention of actually fixing it.

Simply horrible

MadMexAz

Don’t bother downloading this app. I spent more than me re-synching and resetting the Bluetooth connection on three devices than actually using the app. Shame on Sony for releasing this for public download. I have deleted the app ?
