No support, Play 5 no longer works

This is really dumb on Sonos part. Why would anyone purchase new products only to be cut off. My play 5 won’t even work when directly plug into via audio cable anymore.

Latest update seems to have made everything respond slowly. Not long for Sonos given their hijinks, but before I transition, I would like their app to work properly.
I love this app but the upgrade does not permit me to play music from my own phone!
cant play from my iphone
I love being able to listen to music in any room at my house but a recent upgrade made it impossible to play music from my own phone. So now I have to use pandora. Frustrating!

The Best Sound one speaker I am hooked. This system is ahead of its Time or should I say its about time for sure! I have owned and installed more consumer & professional sound systems than you can imagine. Honestly it was a gift and I didn’t even open the box for months because I didn’t think it could possibly be better than what I had. I don’t know how Sonos does it for the price! JC
