Does the trick tracking my solar panels.

I love this app, it is a great way to monitor the production of my system and I use it pretty frequently. My one complaint is that the scale of the daily graphs change from day to day making it difficult to compare days to each other. Please keep the scale of the graphs consistent!

Labor costs on repairs

Since the company we purchased the panels from went out of business we have to pay labor costs for repairs. Wish we had leased instead of purchasing. Solar Edge should be paying for this when companies bail out, after all it is their product. Also trying to contact Solar Edge to send someone out is ridiculous. We have lost so much money waiting for someone to come out for repairs, then having to pay for it. A real rip off!!!!

Could be more user friendly. Layout of panels could be better suited for customers to look at all production individually.

I generally like the apps concept, however it needs improvement, especially in the user experience department. The day to day production charts do not scale to each other. The app plots out daily production that basically looks the same every day even though production may be 5 times higher or lower day to day. And there is no way to set default windows. I like to take a quick look to see todays production but the app always opens in monthly production. Wouldn’t it be nice if it updated a bit more often or that you could tell it how often to update. Why does the panel layout view go from dark blue to just medium/light blue to show full production. This would be a nice user definable parameter, or at least make the range of color from no production to high production, higher contrast in luma and color.

There is always delay several hours you can not track monitor the solar production whenever you want

This app would be perfect if only they didn’t take away the lcd view for the inverters. Before it was nice to be able to see what was going on before you get to the job but now all you get is text telemetry which helps but it was better before. After a recent update that ability just disappeared.
