This app is an attitude changer. I am an engineer and like data. The recording and analysis features provided the data to convince me I needed to do something. It inspired me to eat healthier, exercise and lose 35lbs. No more snoring and no more high blood pressure! Try it and change!

I began using the Snore Lab app as a result of reading the book “Breath,” which recommended the app. A study of the science of Breathing. Found I was a mouth breather, began focusing on nose breathing, using mouth tape at night, and tracking my sleep at night with Snore Lab. Wow, I feel like a different person, sleep better, less sleep required, not waking up with headaches anymore, lost weight, no sinus problems. The book “Breath” is great and the Snore Lab app is great!

I’m exploring ways to reduce snoring and sleep apnea. This is great. It tracks your snoring and rates it. Extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

Without this app I would have never realized that my asthma medications was making me snore and wake up feeling exhausted. I went from over 50 to single digits and wake up well rested. I took myself off all asthma medications and feel great!

The SnoreLab detects every sound while I am sleeping however it is registering the sounds of my hospital bed being adjusted in order to use A urine bottle while in my bedroom .

My snoring is positional (on my back), so I've been trying dozens of pillow combinations. This app gives the feedback I need. So far the best combo is a medium firm foam pillow topped with a soft foam pillow under my head, a thin throw pillow under my thorax, and a medium firm foam pillow between my legs. I combine with a fitness tracker like Garmin or FitBit that also tracks the quality of sleep for even more feedback.

Well, first let me start by saying the only reason I even got the SnoreLab app was I was told by a friend that I snore and I told my friend they were crazy. I haven’t snored a day in my life. Another friend told me about this app and I decided to try it out & yep I snore. Not only do I snore but I have a snoring pattern every night that I now chart & understand why I don’t rest well. I’m not a epic snoozer. I’m usually on the scale of 1 to 4. which is pretty soft in comparison I guess to what it could register. I keep it right on my nightstand & it literally picks up if I roll over in bed and there’s an very distinct difference between the snore and rolling over or moving around. It’s actually help me understand also why I don’t sleep well. I wake up on the hour every single hour because I gasp for air and I never knew I did that. So I probably should go in for a sleep study. Who knew, but I also found out I talk in my sleep. I wake up each morning and I find it comical and shocking to listen to my sleep recordings throughout the night. I highly recommend this app if you are trying to figure out your sleeping patterns or maybe why you’re not getting good rest or just a chart how loud you actually do snore. I promise you your wife isn’t lying to you!!! Lol or vice versa. Good luck and happy snores!!!
Charging Bare
This subscription model for every little thing is not appropriate. This app should be a one time charge of four dollars. It’s a very useful app and well-made. But I cannot support companies like this with this business model

I tried this two nights in a row. The first night I laid in bed quietly but not sleeping for about two hours. When I checked my results my score was 138. The next night I turned it on and left the room and ended up with a score of 87. This app is a joke.
