The app is very useful to track how I sleep. Features of it are designed very well to record snoring with the impacts on it.

The recent updates have made this app unusable. Don’t waste your time on a false result.

Helps me see the effect different lifestyle choices make on how restful my sleep is, a late big meal or not running a humidifier in winter quickly show up as a snore filled night

It tells a story but does not cure my case. Im going to a specialists after using this for months. I definitely have a problem. Thank you Snorelab for proving that to me.

Between the feedback I get from SnoreLab and my ResMed AirSense 10, I get a really good sense of my sleep quality. For anyone hesitant to start using a CPAP, I highly recommend doing so. I’ve been on one for 2 years now. It has reduced my high blood pressure, eliminated acid reflux, reduced apnea events from 30 per hour to less than 1, and given me more energy during the day. Also, I can now go to a movie and see it without falling asleep. Finally, there are studies that indicate a direct relationship between untreated apnea and Alzheimer’s, which is something everyone wants to avoid.

The snooze function is not working since the iOS update to 11.2. I have overslept twice since only the initial alarm goes off and then nothing follows sound wise. I see on the screen that the snooze is going off but it allows no sound from either the iPhone alarm or the snooze from within the app. Before this I thought this was a 5 star app, but now I can barely say it is worth one if using it causes me to be late for work. The program is almost unusable if it prohibits snooze from the iPhone alarm or from the app alarm clock. I almost want a refund because of this issue. Actually I think I have had the app for less than 30 days. If I can’t trust my phone to wake me up while using this app, I can’t use it.

Full of features! Love the ranking of mild, loud and Epic! The overall number for the night is a great measure to compare one night to another. Being able to listen to recordings is great and helped confirm that I didn’t have apnea. Great feature to notate remedies so you can see what works and what doesn’t. Helps me track how much time I sleep too since my sleep hours are so irregular.

If I roll over in bed it counts it as snoring. Cough? Snoring. My husband sneezed twice? Snoring. The dog barked? Snoring. I can “mark them as not snoring” but it doesn’t really remove them from my overall snore score and that’s annoying for an app I paid for
