I have used this app for years with great success, and found it extremely useful for monitoring how myofunctional exercises are affecting my snoring. I was so grateful for it. Unfortunately, the recent upgrades have rendered the app extremely unstable so that it frequently doesn’t record or randomly quits after a few hours. I have tried updating several times but to no avail. Very disappointed. I need to find a new way to monitor my snoring.

My husband complained about my snoring and often times would sleep on the couch because I was so loud. I had a hard time believing him that it was that bad. Well, Snore Lab helped me hear for myself. Once I believed him, I started researching ways to make it stop. I tried different things and used Snore Lab to check the results. I no longer snore! It was dairy all along! I clearly snore on days I eat dairy and for a couple of days after. Then back to no snoring again. I miss dairy. But I’m glad to have my husband back!

Wireless charging makes this app annoying

This app requires your phone to be on constantly.... screen lit up for the entire night. This makes it completely impractical if you use wireless charging, unless you can sleep with your bedroom lit up like Christmas. Doesn’t work for me.

Can’t wireless charge any more

I paid for the 1 year subscription and have been using it for months with no issues. However after a recent update (iOS or app) the screen no longer turns off and lights up the room at night. It won’t record with the screen off. However, I found that if I go to the iOS Home Screen after starting recording, the screen will then turn off and recording will work.

I think this is an awesome app in that it is informative and easy to use. The problem that I have is that both my spouse and I snore and I’m not certain that the app is able to distinguish between our snoring. If there’s a way to do that, I would certainly rate it 5 stars.

I got a SnoreLab because one night my boyfriend could not hold it anymore and told me that he cannot sleep because of my snoring.... I decided to record it... the application was a game changer ... I can monitor my sleep based on different factors and find my solutions... thank you SnoreLab... very smart app!!
