Awesome!

Verified user. I don’t know how the app works its magic, but I know it’s spot on. Verified by my husband. Easy to use. The only thing I wish we could have is the white noise going all night (it’s wonderful) … but that would get un the way of monitoring.

FACTS

Toddrickson

I finally could believe my wife about my snoring. This app took me from denial to believer. No more arguments, and calling my wife a light sleeper and, saying … “Stop exaggerating, my snoring isn’t THAT bad…” This app helps you cut to the facts, that you may be a soarer, and helps you fix it while adding hours back to real sleep.

FRAUDULENT

charged me 20$ instead of the advertised 11.99$!!!!!!!!!

It just works

I knew I snored. Thank God my wife is a sound sleeper, but I never knew how much or how loud I was. Turns out, it can be a lot and loudly. The tracking of this app is scary good. I learned that alcohol definitely increases my snore score, that the ZQuiet actually works (at least for me) and it was all because of the tracking with this app. Without some way to record your snoring reliably, you can only guess at the extent of your snoring, and the extent of changes you make on that. SnoreLab makes this super easy. Definitely recommended.

Helps a LOT

This app does the job. It’s inexpensive and gives me an accurate picture of my “snore” record, which by was all I was asking for.

This App saved me $1000’s!!!

Life is Better Than Good

I was told that I snore and concerned that I would stop breathing as if I had sleep apnea. I have REALLY bad allergies and live with our three dogs in a house that was built in the 1930s. None of which is good for environmental allergies. I’m literally allergic to everything on the panel. I also seemed to snore when I was traveling so clearly not just my home environment. Curiuosioty lead me to buying the app to help determine what was causing the snoring. Was it was sleep apnea or just allergies??? The app has been phenomenal at letting me try different types of snoring remedies and seeing what works best. After trying nasal spray’s, Netty pot, nose dilators, breathing strips, and a whole host of other things, the overall best thing has been an air purifier in my bedroom and this app! I’ve gone from 4 allergy meds a day to 1 at night!!! I would have spent $1000’s on trial and error with meds, sleep studies and physicians. I didn’t have the time or money for that. This app is worth its weight in gold!!! Brilliant developers. I highly recommend it for anyone with sleep issues or people that just want to know what you say in your sleep ( ; Side note: Based on other reviews that were saying that the app needed improvement with blocking out background noise and being able to determine if it was other noise or snoring they have a button that you can say that it was not snoring which will make your results more accurate. Could’ve been added after those reviews were sent in. Super helpful with pets that might make noise, coughing, traffic noise, … Best results are obviously a quiet environment but adjustments can be made to the recording for the most accurate readings.

I love this app and I use it every night. I’d sure like my watch to vibrate whenever I snore to loudly. C’mon developers!

It Erases The Apnea Events!

AllChokedUp

Even if you highlight apnea events where there is no breathing/sound for a whole 30 second frame it will erase that “worthless” non breathing frame do it can keep the more noisy rustling to change position, coughing, car driving by etc THAT I DID NOT HIGHLIGHT!! Who cares if you are not breathing for 30 secs or more?!!! It does not erase the non breathing frames right away but after a couple of days? Then when you scroll forward it just plays the loudest 200 frames I think. Loudest does not mean sleep apnea as that is basically a flat line with possible occasional tiny sounds like straining to get air in. BTW I paid for premium and have my settings set to save audio for full night. So when I go to show the apnea events to my sleep doc and much of my highlighted frames are erased It looks like I am the idiot here! Very frustrating as it could be so much more helpful if it JUST KEPT ALL OFF THE HIGHLIGHTED FRAMES !!!!! I
