Bluetooth is not a problem

Yes the Bluetooth only works from a set distance....but so does any other Bluetooth device, it’s not magic people. Product does what it’s supposed to and the Bluetooth works great in the room your in....like I don’t know when you would be sleeping and your child would be asleep in their crib.

After updating it recently, I can no longer turn on my Snoozypod using the app and cannot set sound or vibration on to continuous. Considering the price of this product, it should have a great app to match. Please fix this.
It doesn’t connect to the device

Even when I’m standing next to the SnoozyPod, it shows it is searching but never connects. I obviously can’t use it, or turn on the elusive “constant vibration” function if my phone can’t connect to the SnoozyPod. Why can’t you turn on constant vibration directly on the SnoozyPod??? This was not a good purchase.
Almost a great product

App was great to start, connected fine, worked from downstairs. Then it just suddenly wouldn’t connect. Usually when I had this problem on my phone I could get it to connect through iPad. Not the case anymore! It just spins now, searching for device, on both phone & iPad. I sent email to company & they told me maybe it needs to be updated, how can I update it when I can’t even connect to the device??? There was an update recently but I still can’t get to it! They also suggested deleting app, restarting phone & reinstalling, but that also didn’t work. It would be great if they can fix this issue! Update: snoozypod completely stopped working, before returning it from being at my wits end, changed the batteries & everything is back to working condition! Wish this suggestion would have been given sooner! Why though, when the product plugs in, does it also need batteries???
Great product app does not work

Ever since the last update the app doesn’t turn on the pod. Prior to the update everything was wonderful! This product is a lifesaver.
