We have had this product almost 2 years and it’s been great. At our old house our bedroom was far from the baby’s so there were times I had trouble connecting, but I think we’ve been super lucky to not have experienced what others have. I will say that up until recently I had the app on an Android device so I’ll be curious to see if I have issues on an iPhone.

This is the biggest piece of crap we have bought. It works for maybe two weeks at a time then freezes on and you have to unplug it to reset it then it takes forever to connect to Bluetooth. What a phenomenal waste of money. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS ITEM OR YOUR TIME ON THE USELESS APP!!!!! Crappy company with no costumer support.
App cannot find snoozy pod

Downloaded the app but it can never find a snoozy pod to connect to, even when I’m sitting right next to it. Just keeps saying “Searching”. And yes the snoozy pod unit is turned on. I like the snoozy pod unit itself, just wish I could use the app with it so I can put the vibrations on continuous..

What happened

It worked great yesterday (day one), I could turn Snoozypod on and off and change all the settings. Now today it will only allow me to use on/off feature and nothing else. I can’t even click on the settings icon. Even deleted and reinstalled. Disappointed. UPDATE: it seems to work when it wants to and not other times. ??♀️

Just received our Snoozypod in the mail today. I downloaded the app and when I try to open it, it just says “searching”. We have not tried the actual device yet, but will do so tonight.

The app glitches and won’t connect constantly, even when your next to the Snoozypod. Please fix the issues!

The app continues to search for my phone, but never finds it. I know my phones Bluetooth is working because I can connect to other devices.

Literally deleted and redownloaded this app so many times in an attempt to make it work and it never does. Kinda makes me regret even spending money on the product in general.
