I bought the Snoozypod and I was hoping the app would make my life easier but it didn’t. It takes forever to connect with WiFi and even after it connects it would not turn on. You basically have to turn on and off many times for it to work. The developer needs to look into that and modify it. What is the point of having an app when you can’t use it? By the way, I have iPhone 11.
App won’t open

I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app several Times over the last couple days and it still won’t stay open.
Continuous Feature

I just received it today. Tried to use the phone to have it on continuously but the slider /button thing won’t let me swipe it to continuously. It will stay on 30 minutes. I’ve deleted the app, closed it out, everything you can think of, and it won’t work. I may have to return for that fault. Great concept but kinda need it to work constantly.
Freezes

App constantly freezes. It’ll connect but will never turn on/off from my phone. I’ve tried restarting phone and unplugging the Snoozypod but it still doesn’t work
Stopped connecting 15 min after it was delivered

I should have listened to the other reviews on this. It will find my Snoozypod but won’t connect to it. Just keeps saying connecting. Will be returning it.

App worked the first couple of weeks. Now I try use it and it finds my device and connects to it but doesn’t work. If I press a button it goes right back to what it was at. Very frustrating, I bought this product bc if the Bluetooth and ability to use the app.

Not sure if it’s the app’s fault or what but you have to be standing right next to the pod or it takes ages to load, kinda defeats the purpose of having an app

I never write reviews, cause I just don’t enough time, and admittedly I’m only really writing this review now to encourage the encoders to fix the app. Up until a few days this app was amazing!! Our Snoozypod pod is always connected to the electricity, meaning we don’t use the battery function, because it’s not worth the trouble. But when it’s connected to the socket it’s seriously wonderful, my son sleeps so well with the vibration and the water stream. The app has worked very well for us too, up until a few days ago when I started having issues connecting to it. Usually it allows me to continue or stop the vibration from the other room without a problem. Please fix if you can, my husband and I will be so grateful. Thanks :)
App doesn’t work consistently

The app worked once or twice in the beginning (not very easily though) and now no longer works at all. It just continues to search every time I open the app.
