App Malfunctions

Developers: Please fix this app to correctly operate the Snoozypod. It is a terrible waste of time when you have to restart the app over and over again to get it to simply turn on and work as it should. Please fix it so I can use the product as intended and so it will help my little one fall asleep and stay asleep. Thank you!
SERIOUS BUG ISSUES???

My son relies on this product to sleep so I really need it to work. The settings turn themselves off constantly through the night even when I set them and turn the lock feature on. I can physically see them turn off on my phone, it’s very very frustrating. I told myself to just stop using the app but for some reason ever since I started using the app the buttons on the actual device won’t stay on either. BEGGING DEVELOPER TO FIX THE BUGS.

I use these for my twins and love that you can name each pod and control from phone. Haven’t had any trouble with app. Thank you for helping my babies enjoy their cribs!
App not working

Before once I got the product it was working fine no problems but now my lock it’s closed and it won’t open. I pressed the on and off button on app and it’s not working either. My device is not even working properly now.
Freezes all the time!

The app freezes all the time! I have to close and restart it every time I want to use it! This product really needs work and Halo should apologize to everyone who purchased a snoozypod and give us better replacements!
Works great except the Bluetooth

Everything does exactly what I expected, except the Bluetooth pairing. One deciding factor of this was the Bluetooth feature. Paired right away and it seems it only has a 15-20ft radius. Would be nice if I could turn on different features from across the house.
Great product, bad app

I can’t seem to power on the Snoozypod or access the settings even after connecting to it. This worked fine until the recent firmware update.
