I really like the app, but when I logged off, it will not allow me back in. It says connection error but I have full LTE bars and a full internet connection. Guess that's all for my contacts.

I went to go on and send my usual snaps to keep my streaks and it logged me out, I then proceeded to try and log back in and it let me but 10 minutes later it crashed and hasn't let me log in since!

Can't refresh

It can't refresh the snaps from other people. Even their stories. It's like I'm not on a connection. And I am. Both my wifi and 4g are up. Fix it please

I loved this app but then it started crashing in me and now it's not telling me log in. So much for fixing the app -.-

so I deleted and redownloaded the app because it wasn't loading even after I restarted my phone and turned my wifi off and back on and now I can't log back in and it says no connection please try again later so I did and it said I would have to wait due to suspicious activity with trying to log in too many times. please fix.

lately snapchat has been glitching and now it says it can't refresh my story I had logged out and it wouldn't let me log back in. these bugs need to be fixed. I'm not the only person with this problem

I have a full bar wifi connection but my snapchat keeps saying "can't connect" I rebooted and re-downloaded the app. Please fix.

I love snapchat but I hate it with a passion. First off, bugs. You need to get it together. First off, it ALWAYS crashes when I'm opening my snap chats which is like 10 at a time and then I go back on the app and it's all messed up it says I never opened any of them and it's so annoying! And next, this just happened right now, nothing will load. It's not my wifi or service because my Instagram was loading perfectly and so I asked a friend and the same thing happened to her. So, I tried powering my iPhone off. It didn't work one bit. My snapchats would send but I couldn't open them. Ridiculous. And then, I deleted the app and redownloaded it and I can't log in. I tried about 10 times and it won't work. I'm getting very mad. FIX IT THIS IS WHY YOURE GETTING ALL THESE BAD REVIEWS!!!! And when you update it, fix the bugs. We don't care about your ugly stickers or the appearance, we just want to actually be able to use snapchat. Thank you for reading

Bug, fix this immediately

For business and projects

I'm going to keep this short & sweet. It keeps saying "no network connection" even though my network connection is working fine. I have restarted my phone twice, deleted the app and redownloaded it about 3 times, gone on data, reset my password, and I've even contacted snapchat. I would advise no one to download this app until this bug gets fixed. I'll change this review once it's fixed.
