My story views have went from a consistent 100 views per snap to 13. People are leaving snap chat. It hurts.

I enjoy using Snapchat a lot. However, all of these updates are driving me insane! First it was the format update and then another one and another and now it’s like the 5th one this year. I understand every app has to update sometime but this is wayyy too much. If you could just stick to one thing and do big fixes it with few real updates it would be great? From an annoyed user

I don’t like how as I’m opening snaps, my feed constantly reloads my friends in different orders. It’s extremely annoying, especially if I’m trying to go through them quickly and every time the order is switched, I tap on a name I didn’t want to. I liked how it used to be, before snapchat moved the snaps and stories together.

Snapchat is a great way to communicate with with friends and family. You can keep up with their lives. The snap update takes some getting used to but I like it now. I love the gifs and the stickers but one thing that would make it 100times better is if we could do polls!!

I literally had over 10 of my streaks lost when I can 100% guarantee that both ends sent them and even if I sent streaks and the other person sent back.....we still lost it NEEDS TO BE FIXED

Snapchat used to be fun but the new update really makes it boring and annoying. All of a sudden you see a bunch of people snaps that you don't even follow.
