The "Preview" above is false advertising. I wasn't aware that the update would change the arrangement or the chats, stories and discover page again because it looked the same in the Preview. I do not like that I can no longer swipe over to a chat and I don't like swiping between Group chat, stories and chats. That's too much.

The previous layout was fine as it was. The update moved stories to the same side as snaps just so SnapChat could shill articles. I have no interest in the news portion of SnapChat no matter how much you try to push it on the users.
Username change?

This app is honestly amazing. It’s good to take take pictures, send messages to friends, and overall is very useful. It would be very cool that in the next update, that we can change our usernames. This would be great because instead of having to delete an account and lose our snap score, we’d simply be able to change our username if we didn’t like the one that we had currently. In my case, I made my Snapchat account a few years back so my username is quite embarrassing and childish and it would be great if I could change it, though I don’t want to open a new account and lose all of my progress.

I love snap it’s the way I communicate with all of my friends... but the updates need to stop. No one is enjoying them all across the country, there making people not even want to use Snapchat anymore. These updates need to stop.

so i love snapchat, ive been using it ever since it came out in like 2013..... but lately it’s been irritating me. it’s deleting all of my memories randomly and now it’s starting to give all my streaks timers, causing me to lose them all ?something went wrong recently in the update because this has NEVER happened before

Snapchat is no longer as good as it was . The upgrade was unnecessary & ended many friendships due to all the risky moody texts that had been seent. I do myself understand this isn’t Snapchats problem but if we still had the upgrade nothing bad would happened . Snapchat glitched a lot now with the new update I don’t see the bug fixes very disappointed in one of my favorite apps I rather use Instagram,Facebook they both have stories now anyways ????

They keep changing the app, it just becomes confusing.

Another month means another update to "fix" things that aren't broken and confuse users and make us angry. It doesn't help that there's always some sort of glitch with the app, but the app itself is so bloated that it's beyond repair. It's also worth noting that Snap's stock keeps falling, and it's certainly not a coincidence.
