Y’all trashed it with the update highkey. It was perfect the way it was, and when you thought you was movin foward cuh it looked all advanced and sh**, it was only goin backwards cause the peoplenliked the simplicity.

Most Snapchat updates are something that one gets accustomed to after while. However, after the last update, I can’t help but feel like I want to unfriend everyone I have on Snapchat just so they’ll stop appearing under my chats. This update really cost the app it’s worth. For organized individuals, this app is so out of order and so frustrating to use. I constantly have to delete conversations because random people show up as chats out of nowhere. I used to love this app. And now I cannot stand it. Zero stars.

I can’t tell you the amount of times I had to reinstall and delete this app. It’s too many to count. It’s not a bad app it just has too many bugs and glitches the developers has to fix.

please create a feature where we can change our usernames !!!!! we should still keep our same snapscore!! instagram allows you to change your username without you losing your follower count. allow us to change ours on snap without us losing our scores!
