I used to be obsessed with Snapchat and all the cool little details within the app but after these last two updates it’s been nothing but trouble. I can’t even open the app anymore because it’s just a black screen and it never updates stories for me. Please stop updating it the second we get used to a new layout

Snapchat was my main social media but now with the constant updates its just a headache. The design is cluttered and harder to use and my views are not consistent anymore. Now I’m dealing with glitches. Snaps that i opened or read would still show i haven't opened it and my camera freezes and not able to take pictures sometimes. ???
Clear conversations!

I don’t like the new updated about “ Clear Conversations “ but still keep all chat messages that other side saves it. I want to delete all chat messages that when I clear conversations. T^T! I hate that when still see the picture or messages not delete it after I clear conversations even I didn’t save it, but they saved it!! I don’t want to see conversations after I clear it, where should I delete it?!? T_T”

Bring back the clear all button when you go to the clear conversations options. I hate having to chick the ex by everyone’s name when before I could clear them all at once. Will rate 5 stars if updated.
