I have been permanently logged out of Snapchat for no reason at all. However, the way it happened was unreasonable and outrageous. I have reached out to Snapchat multiple times and they haven’t done anything. My story was reported multiple times by the same person, my ex boyfriend, because of old history. Because of that, I have lost my account and have no way of getting back in despite other accounts I’ve tried to made. This is the last time I’m going to be reaching out because after this review there’s no point if Snapchat doesn’t fix the problem. I won’t be downloading the app again or using it due to this problem and have discussed it with my mom who also thinks this is outrageous and complete nonsense. She has tried to reach out as well and I still has seen no change whatsoever. This has happened to more people than just me. But if the problem isn’t fixed within the next 48 hours I will be contacting the company whom influences Snapchat and will not hold back. Get back with me as soon as possible and please take time reading this to better understand my point of view and how I’m feeling about this situation. Thank you, Delilah.

Snapchat is cool and all but why can we just be able to screenshot or record snaps, stories, chats. Literally had a trick I was able to do but now they got rid of it like come on but other then that good app I guess

I had my story somehow glitch out and gotten deleted and this isn’t the first time. This has happened to me 3 times now and it’s an issue.
Public profile lag/glitch

Need to fix public profiles. When I’m trying to post one 4 minute clip it won’t load and let me add it to my public profile. I’m sure you can’t have a five minute clip but mines is 4 not 5 minutes. It’s frustrating.

the ads on snapchat that are highly repetitive and locks out your whole screen are unskipable and the reason youtube is still in business, lots of potential poor execution

My snap was working fine but then stopped being able to use cellular data. After tons of attempts at trying to fix the issue nothing worked.

I had the same Snapchat account for years,all of my contacts and photos were on the account. I used it more than messages. I had no trouble for years,and then out of the blue my account got deleted. I was never given a warning,never temporarily locked,never got a message on anything warning that my account could get deleted. So thanks to Snapchat I lost contact with a lot of people I’ve known for years,as well as hundreds of photos and memories with my freinds. Snapchat used to be the go to,and now it’s complete trash with the new algorithm.
