Snapchat NEEDS TO BE FIXED

My account has been blocked for several days and now I can make a new account for my phone because of Snapchat. It always tells me to check my connection but it never works. Whenever I make a new account and sign into Snapchat, it kicks me out and locks my account permanently.

The app was fine until I woke up the next morning and it wouldn’t load anything and kicked me out of the app and after deleting the app it wont let me download it again so it needs A LOT of work done.

Snapchat is an amazing app, the only complaint is mine personally keeps messing up when i log in says my connection is messed up but all my other apps are working so i don’t know if it’s my phone or the app. Other than that snapchat is a great app and i love it!

I can redownload the app but I can’t seem to find a way through even when making a new account. And not gonna lie I love Snapchat. I’m making this as clean as possible just writing out this review.

Whyyyyyy is it so hard to find or get information on the “inbuilt view album button”? I’ve updated and deleted app 15 times and still no button but I have one on a different iPhone it makes no sense

i get permanently locked for literally and i mean literally no reason, i had nothing on my story and all i was doing was texting my friends then boom 10 minutes later i get temporary locked but come to find out when i went to snapchat help it said i’ve been permanently locked so now i can’t even make a new account on this phone anymore cause it keeps deleting them. It is a good app but that was so annoying and i kept trying to get a new snap account but i can’t so now i have to wait to get a new phone so i can make a new account again.

They locked my account with no warning about anything. When I contact Snapchat they say they can’t help or I can’t even talk to someone’s because my account is locked. I hate you Snapchat and I hope every one deletes it. I lost all my memories because someone posted something on my snap.

My account was terminated for no reason. I had memories of passed loved ones on here. I haven’t violated their terms of service and I want my account back. I tried contacting them Every where possible and no help so far.
Give our accounts back!

I understand why my account was permanently locked but I was not given warning beforehand, and lost 6+ years worth of memories that are rightfully mine. GIVE MY ACCOUNT BACK
