I’ve had my coolpix B500 for nearly three years and it worked completely fine with my Android, but now I can’t seem to connect my camera to my phone no matter how much I troubleshoot it
Good App, But Several Problems

I have used SnapBridge a few times in the past for my Nikon DSLR. The app is good, however, there are several problems that exist. The “remote photography” did not load when I attempted to open it up at least three times. This has happened before where it takes a while to open the remote photography feature, however, this time, it did not load whatsoever. I can’t connect to my camera even after trying five different times. Now, I am stuck without the app and will have to now the shutter button. If there is a way to solve these problems, or if there is a way I could find a solution to this, that would be very helpful. Again, very good app, there just seems to be bugs existing at the moment.

It worked at the beginning but now it won't connect to my camera anymore. I looked so much on how to fix it but it doesn't work anymore. I'll just stick to using my computer.

I used this app for years with my B500 and it worked great, but after an update a few years ago I was never able to connect it again. Very disappointing and I can’t believe they still haven’t fixed the problem.

Brilliant Nikon, not only did you remove the remote functionality for the new D3500, you replaced it with an app that barely even functions. The app connects to my camera, and it can take photos, and that’s about the only good things I can say out it. It takes a while to connect, it takes one photo at a time, it has no live view, and it disconnects from my camera after every. single. shot. Brilliant Nikon
Just doesn’t work

Been messing with this for hours. It just doesn’t work. Maybe maintains a super laggy connection for 20 seconds before failing.

I do a lot of travel photography, from wildlife to the surfers at snapper rocks on the Gold Coast in Australia to the surfers at Paia bay, Maui. This app makes downloading a snap! (Pun intended) Can you make an Apple Watch app so that we can remote shutter from our watches? Thanks for an amazing app!
