The fact that it transfers pictures faster, helps not having to tether my camera with my surface pro and carry all that equipment with me. It also Wow’s clients when I am able to show them the picture right then and there, but also transfer files via airdrop on the iPhone. Great product but still lacks desirable features. Also at time it connects and it doesn’t and pictures do not transfer properly. Overall great app to have with my D7500.

I have had a lot of under water cameras but this is the best!! The app is a bit confusing at first but once u got it it was amazing. The pics are so clear and they show up immediately on your phone

In the middle of a download of pictures from the camera to my phone, the app cancelled my download. My phone still connects to the camera through Bluetooth, but it will not download any photos. I went to the website that the app took me too for “help”, and it was less than useful. It told me no way to reestablish download capabilities, and didn’t even tell me why I suddenly cannot download to my phone. I have now searched the website, and other websites, about the issue, and cannot find a cause or a solution. Extremely disappointed.

I love it!! This is my first camera and I think it’s amazing that you can quickly transfer your camera photos onto your phone. You can also pick and choose which ones you want to be safer into your phones camera roll. Bringing them from camera into phone, does take a little depending on how many you transfer. But it’s worth the wait and I can lock my phone and put it down, because the app sends me a notification when they have all been transferred! Awesome job guys!!

When this app works, it’s absolutely perfect for the work I do. I need to be able to put my D850 on a tripod and take multiple exposures to blend in Photoshop. I need to not touch the camera between these exposures so SnapBridge is, in theory, the perfect solution. Please make it work consistently! One false move from me and I accidentally close the app? That’s it-disconnected and won’t re-connect anytime soon. The result is blurry pictures due to my adjusting settings the old fashioned way so I can complete my shoot. Unacceptable, Nikon. Working professionals who pay thousands of dollars for your gear deserve better. Please put more resources toward this. I really need it.

Doesn't work after iOS Update

My Nikon D3400 is not connecting after the last iOS update (11.2.5). It says Can't stablish connection. I have deleted the App, reconfigure and nothing works. Edit: After a couple of updates, software is working better. Still have room to improve and get even better.

This app is horrible. It has worked one tome since I got the camera, making transferring pics from the camera to the phone pretty much impossible. I don’t even like to use the camera because this app is so horrible and useless. I don’t even want to give it one star.
