Crashed 5 times during an assignment

Doesn’t make any sense this app crashes every 10 minutes. I can’t even get through a chapter without crashing. Please fix this it’s completely unacceptable. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

I had to download this on my phone because my computer charger broke and this app won’t let me pass the create a nick name part so I can’t access my assignments

As a student whose laptop broke last semester, getting my work done on my phone has become the norm. Its bad enough that I have to pay full price for the Connect during a summer semester (8weeks), but it’s also worse that I can’t use my phone to do my work on. The app CONSTANTLY force closes, logs me out, adds more questions after it logs me out, moves super slow, and has hella glitches. It’s literally 2019.. only a handful of apps aren't accessible for phones. Remove it completely and just try again, honestly. Very disappointing .

I have a medical terminology test tomorrow; I can’t finish a single quiz because the app is constantly crashing. Plus, I have to keep signing in every time my screen locks.
Why for iPad only?

We’re students, most of us don’t have money to drop on an iPad. Please make an app that works across all platforms/devices. I love everything else though, learning/studying this way has been way more engaging and helpful. The problem lies within the app functionality. Get some more programmers and make a game changing app for students! :)
It just won’t work. Would give Zero stars if it was an option.

The app logs me out when I close out of it. I’ve been trying to load the first section in my book for a little while and it’s still loading. Is there someone we can call about this? Like, does the developers read these? Because this app needs to be fixed, ASAP. I can’t carry my laptop everywhere, and this is SUPPOSE to work with the iPad. It doesn’t even do that.

Every time I’m in my groove answering questions it selects the wrong one or it freezes and close the app on me. Bug fixes are needed this app can be really useful for students if it didn’t have these issues.

If I could give this app a zero, I absolutely would. It crashes CONSTANTLY. I’ve had to redo entire assignments MULTIPLE times because of this. I spend so much time redoing assignments because it fails every 10-15 minutes, sometimes sooner. Also, every time it crashes I have to enter my username and password because the “remember me” button seems to be there only for looks. No matter how many times I press this friendly little button, it never, never, remembers me. This creators of this app have a lot of work to do.
