Paying over $100 for a textbook and we can’t even get a functional app

Literally the worst app functionality I’ve ever experienced. Thank you for showing me rock bottom app development .
They don’t care

This app is unacceptable. They don’t care bc you have to use it anyway. Go on safari and hit the interactive button then forced to download or open the app. The app is bugged worse than any software program I’ve ever seen. Crashes at seemingly random time but always while I’m answering the questions. Interactive doesn’t have narration and narration doesn’t have interactive. Interactive is a joke itself. Blue box flashes at you to be so annoying you must click. When you do you start the crash countdown. When’s it gonna happen?, don’t know but I’ve learned there are three guarantees in life death and taxes and this app crashing. I wonder how I can get the government or school board involved in this. As it’s gotta be a huge waste of money for some powerful regulatory entity.

This app is not easy to navigate, and glitches out constantly. This is super frustrating when trying to study. I would have expected more from such a big name in educational materials.

This app is terrible! I have to take a music course on here and it’s been one of the most frustrating things I’ve ever had to do. This homework should be taking me 2 hours to do and because it keeps crashing on me and logging me out it takes about 8 hours to complete.

While the app is actually nice, it needs updates and fixes. As I’m working on my questions, it will randomly freeze, the screen will turn red and an error message will pop up. Then I have to completely restart the program and work through as many questions as I can before it does it again. If my iPad would allow me to go in through my schools page to work instead, I would, but it makes me use this app. Please FIX THE BUGS AND ERROR MESSAGES

I’m sure you have no choice but to download this app but it’s so terrible it makes me want to buy stock in paper companies... it crashes 5-10 times per chapter which require re-logging in.

If I could give this app lower than 1 star I would. This is the worst education based application I have ever used. Especially when we have to pay just to be able to log into this app. I hope the developers are embarrassed and ashamed everyday when they awake up knowing they created this garbage. I can’t complete 5 practice questions without it crashing or getting an error!
Very frustrating

It would be a decent app if it didn’t constantly crash. I have tried several times on different chapters, different connections, and different features within the app. It never stays open more than 10 minutes without crashing. Very disappointing for what the e book costs!
