I can sign in and stay logged in so I guess they have fixed the crashing, but the textbook portion of the app is horrible. Once in the text, I can’t get back to the quiz! It would be fine if I could do it all through the McGraw-Hill website, but I can’t get to the learnsmart without the app. It also doesn’t fit formate of the IPhone 11 screen. Because the app is formatted in a landscape design, the menu is cut off by the dip at the top of the screen where the front camera is located. It’s throughly rated trash for me.
Ridiculous cannot even open ebook

Was trying to use this app for my class and though it would be good to study on. Instead I have been stuck here for almost an hour fighting this app to simply read my ebook to study my class. It’s honestly pathetic this app cannot even open the ebook for my class whenever that’s what i need to study with! On an iPad this app is a nightmare and I would look for anything else other than this app instead of being useful and helpful it was nothing short of a useless waste of time that will leave you frustrated and aggravated because it’s too much to open a ebook for this app.

Professors please avoid using McGraw-Hill and opt for another option their interface is very antiquated not up-to-date and struggles to run.

Why is it that such a large and important company such as this one has such a sorry excuse for an extension of the online experience. It honestly baffles me how it is so impossibly hard (because I ended up using my laptop instead) to do something as simple as re read a chapter. I get that I have to enter “self study mode” however, that option just isn’t in the menus? Please fix your application. Hell, make the application one large pdf library! As long as I can read whatever chapter I need to on my phone. If your service is gonna be required by teachers (and be pricey) it should at the very least be free from these kind of things. These are very simple things honestly

I have to have this for my bio class. Everything is working perfectly on my ipad except for the SmartBook feature. This basically monitors your reading and gives questions at the end. This is graded, but it does not work with ipad. I have a brand new iPad Air. (This review is 9/10/20) I have called tech support and they said some of the books do not load. Why am I paying over $100 for something that does not work? The tech support was horrible. THey offered no solutions. I kept asking if there were any work arounds and was told I could use the read anywhere app. Which works fine but does not allow me to complete my assignments. McGraw-Hill: what is the point of having an app for a college level class that does not allow you to complete assignments?! Obviously I have paid and have to use your application. At least stop adding insult to my injury.

Just came here to say I second what the other person said, if this app were a person I’d shove it down a flight of stairs and set it on fire. As a full time college student I do not have the time or mental bandwidth to spend 2 hours trying to make this app work when it worked 3 days ago.

I interact on my laptop with the book and everything is great. I’ve never been so infuriated by an app. It’s completely useless. The orientation is off. You can’t scroll to complete required prompts. You can’t access anything so you can listen to the book.
Never seems to amaze me

Every time I get logged in, which seems to be every time I put my phone down,I go to the book I’m studying. Once I click on the book I need it has me click on the chapter I’m reading. After I click on the chapter it never seems to amaze me that then it begins to say loading and the word loading sits on the screen for hours and then I get nothing. All this time I could be reading my chapter and studying instead I’m looking at a screen that says loading.

There isn’t much I can say other than it quite literally doesn’t work. I tried using this on my iPad so that I could get access to my textbooks, but I couldn’t. I logged in, joined my classes, but ultimately, nothing happened.

First it worked perfectly until it switch to being a landscape reading app. On my phone this is bad and I can’t read more than 2 sentences without having to scroll. It’s blown up too much to be landscape on a mobile device
