The original remote is very user unfriendly! I even called Samsung and they told me there was no universal remote for this tv model. I saw this app as i was looking for something not even remotely (no pun intended) close to this. I said - why not - take a shot. To my amazement - It works fantastically!!!

We bought the Samsung tv from Walmart for half the price because it was a display but didn’t come with the remote!! What a life saver now we don’t have to order a remote.
Would be better if permanent

Has to connect while tv is on and phone is connected to internet and blutooth. If tv is off cannot connect therefore turn on. Kinda pointless.
Good app but doesn’t support family sharing

My husband paid for this app and even if I download from the iCloud, it keeps says I need to upgrade to pro. Makes no sense when the app says it supports family sharing.
