The pointer doesn’t really work, when you move four finger trying to pint point whatever is it that you want to point, the pointer goes all over the place, so hard and very frustrating.! Very bad quality.

I’m trying to use the app but I can’t when I open and touch my tv it ask me for pin code where can I get the pin code??

I paid for the upgrade and then they told me it wouldn’t work for my TV because it was too new. Wish I could get my money back!

My smart remote stopped workin a while back and this app is a better replacement then paying the $100 for a new remote. The only thing I would like is a 3D button. I have a 3D tv and there’s no function on the app that allows me to access this feature.

I got the app it said pay $3.99 once for unlimited actions then it tells me after that it was only compatible with the older models so now I am out of $3.99 for an app that don’t work well
