Has to connect while tv is on and phone is connected to internet and blutooth. If tv is off cannot connect therefore turn on. Kinda pointless. If you’re wondering if it works better when you pay for it it doesn’t.

Free app that has to be upgraded to pro to use a basic function on the physical remote.......if I wanted a keyboard and other functions the original remote doesn’t have I would have just bought a new remote. Don’t waste your time

Update** So I paid for pro since it basically is useless without all the features to even simply navigate my smart tv. Then a year later it doesn’t work and is prompting me again for a “one time fee” for pro. So I want to like it. I’ve tried a few others that don’t work downloaded this one and the function I need to operate it costs money I happily paid and more tgan half the time it doesn’t work. Phone got an update today but no improvement

Very buggy and doesn't easily connect to the tv even though my tv is listed as one of the compatible tvs. Wasted my money on this

Every couple of times I open the app I get prompted to buy the upgrade and have to wait five seconds. When all I want to do is quickly turn down the volume! I paid 500 hundred dollars on the tv. Why isn’t it all completely free! I’m thinking this marketing strategy was designed by Satan! Hey way to alienate your customer base. If I didn’t have to use app. I wouldn’t.

App worked awesome even paid for the upgrade. Now for some reason it is useless and does not connect to the TV.
