This app works great for manual on/off and the setup got using Google Assistant is pretty straightforward. I have not yet gotten the sunrise/sunset scheduled to work. I am assuming it gets those values dynamically somehow, but my lights never go on or off according to a schedule when those options are selected. I have mi zip code and time zone set within the app, but there’s no other troubleshooting option that I can find.

Scenes do not work

This app is good for setting up the device on WiFi, but scenes don’t work correctly. The only time I am able to get a scene to work is when the switch is on, the scene will turn it off. The scene will not turn it in though.

Scenes don’t seem to work. It is strange that you have to create one scene to turn a light on and a second scene to turn the light off. The app only seems to be good for turning on and off lights.

Simple setup process but my device never gets past the “Connected. Getting Wi-Fi list step. Could have left the old analog dimmer in place because that’s what I seem to have installed. FIX IT FFS!

No QR code. No worky!!!!

No way to bypass the QR code to add a device. My device from Legrand was delivered without QR code, NO POSSIBLE WAY TO CONNECT!!! No other word bu STUPID.

Lights setup to turn on or off with sunrise or sunset work like a champ! Scenes setup to work with Alexa! All work perfectly. Don’t understand why others are having problems. Working even better as they migrate away from Artik.

Switch continues to lose control from app. Switch shows as connected to network yet it is greeted out and will not allow you to control it. Have had to reset numerous times but after a few weeks it loses connection again. Total piece of crap.
