This app is absolutely useless. No way to add any lights to it. They clearly stopped supporting their own products.


Why doesn’t the app work?

When I try to open the app I get ‘the app is no longer shared by you’ If you go to App Store and open it crashes also??? Customer service had me delete and reinstall. It works now! Thanks!


Terrible Set Up

I have given up after numerous attempts to connect via WiFi. It is now the most expense light switch I have ever purchased. No customer support on weekends, never connects to my WiFi (when every other WiFi device I own has no problems).


App never works!

The amount or errors on the app and switches is absolutely ridiculous. For the cost of the switch these are absolutely NOT worth it. I will likely never buy a legrand switch again and will be buying a different brand altogether and returning all of my legrand switches. It took over 10 attempts to pair one light switch, which promptly stopped pairing at all. The second switch would not pair. My spouse was unable to pair her app/phone to the switch entirely. I would not recommend this product and am appalled by how crappy it is. We will see if support can fix the problems or not but I am extremely doubtful.


Does not work with Google Assistant.

Absolutely ridiculous will not connect to google assistant because it will not work. It says Device settings are only available when device is online and you are on your home WiFi network. As expensive as the switches are it’s criminal they won’t connect. Update: I’m a moron. I found a diagram of step by step guide, I recommend that guide be put into the instructions.


Scenes NOT working after Wifi update

**UPDATED** We recently replaced our wifi system and now our smart lighting radiant switch does not respond to ANY scenes. On the other hand, it WILL respond to immediate on/off selections. Received an immediate response from Scott - Legrand regarding my problem. After trying to troubleshoot over the phone they sent out a new switch to try. For unknown reasons, this new switch worked perfectly even with the old one having the latest software. Legrand stands behind their products 100%


Connection Issues *5.0ghz*

Spent over 45 minutes trying to connect smart dimmer switch to the app. Finally turned off the 5.0ghz on my router and it finally connected. Anyone having issues with it working on and off could be experiencing drops due to the switch not managing the 2.4ghz and 5.0ghz radios. I’m crossing my fingers that after the switch updates I don’t having drop outs, if not I’m taking it back.


Trash, don’t purchase

I bought my first one, wired it, didn’t work. Returned it, bought a new one, wired it and it manually turned lights on. Tried the app, won’t connect to device using QR code or WiFi. Can’t find devices WiFi on my phone. Retried with my wife and daughters phone. Tech support is not available on weekends or evenings, so if you work like I do, they won’t be available.
