Had a hawk in our woods and had trouble identifying it. This app did it in minutes and was able to confine with a field guide. Love it!

This is such a great app. I hear a lot of birds before I see them, in the wooded area where I live so I especially like the sound I’d feature.

I was super excited about this app as I’ve had a bird hanging out in the trees of my front yard and have been dying to know what it is. After a week of watching, I FINALLY got a chance to get a good pic for an ID and when I opened the app to use it, I got a prompt to watch a 30 second ad instead. Of course, in bird watching, 30 seconds is a life time and I lost my glorious moment. I understand the need to make money to support the ad, but could it at least been done after the ID and before giving me the results so I don’t lose the opportunity to capture the image? I was so sad and disappointed. I’m deleting the app. Too bad because I feel like it would have been awesome to use.

Total joke. I think the reviews are bots. Wasn’t even close. I was pulling up a brown bird up close and it thought it was either a duck or a blue bird. Definitely too good to be true! I’ll be removing the app shortly

We paid$ to get this app AND for that have to hear the bloody AD before this inept thing tells us everything is a Mourning dove!! This was a gift from my husband...we are BOTH very very disappointed Don’t use this scam!

Never works!

This app never works. I signed up for the free two week trial, had to have surgery so I couldn’t cancel, and am stuck with an app that has not worked. I’ve not been able to cancel, although I’ve written the developer with no response. We live in the woods and it can’t record/listen to birds song! The few times it’s suggested birds there is a list of at least 6 asking which one is correct. If I knew, I never would need the app. A much better bird app is Merlin Bird ID!!

I just recently became a bird nerd and was thinking of an app like Shazam that could identify birds by the call. This app has EVERYTHING.

This app is a great idea, but they just want you to pay the money for no ads. If you are trying to identify birds by song, dont even bother!! They force you to watch a LONG ad before you can even record the song to identify. By the time you can record, of course the bird has either flown away or is silent.

I especially like the way it helps you identify birds by recording their songs. It can pick up multiple birds in one recording and help you pick them out
