This app is so easy to use! It is very nice being able to have all of my student loans in one area, rather than flipping back and forth between web pages! I strongly recommend this to everyone who has student loans.

This app has a lot of potential. I realize it’s new, but I started today and can’t find anywhere to share my link. I have relatives wanting to help out but I have no way to share a link. I don’t even see a profile really. I tried to post on the contact link, but it says please upload 5 files. But when you try, it says you can’t upload more than 1 file. Hope SLOAN sees this and writes me back or reaches out. Would love some assistance. I really think the app has potential to be good.

I accidentally sent two recurring payments for monthly. I quickly realized my mistake and canceled the payments. In the app, it still shows they are pending and my bank has already processed them. I have tried contacting the developers since the Contact support is also buggy on my phone and I have gotten nowhere. They are impossible to reach and I need my money back into my bank. I was then told to contact support which I have done 4 times and I still have not heard back from anyone at SLoan.

Made a payment on April 1, payment removed from bank account but no payment made to lender so now it is late. Tried to contact customer service through app but they require 5 photos of issues before being able to submit a ticket. Sent an email and heard nothing back. Thinking this is a scam!!!

I downloaded this app to easily manage my private and federal loans from one place. I made my first payment on June 19th to my private loan and there had still not been a payment made toward my student loan despite it leaving my bank account over 5 days ago. Starting to feel like a scam. I strongly recommend finding another place to manage loans.
