Impossible to make payments

Ive been trying to make payments for over a month. I’ve contacted support each time with absolutely no response. Frustrating beyond belief.

I was skeptical of this app at first, mainly because I’m skeptical of anything related to student loans at this point. I found this platform helpful and easy to use. The fact that the founder created it out of his frustration with the student loan system makes me feel like they have my best interest in mind and will keep improving the platform.
