Told to contact support – Sloan: #1 Student Loan App Review

I accidentally sent two recurring payments for monthly. I quickly realized my mistake and canceled the payments. In the app, it still shows they are pending and my bank has already processed them. I have tried contacting the developers since the Contact support is also buggy on my phone and I have gotten nowhere. They are impossible to reach and I need my money back into my bank. I was then told to contact support which I have done 4 times and I still have not heard back from anyone at SLoan.
