A Must Have App For Online Shoppers

jekcordle

If you are an online shopper this app is a must. It tracks your orders as well as watches for price drops. I love knowing when my packages have shipped and how many days I can expect them. The best feature is that it is all in one app. You don’t have to check Amazon, Macy’s or any other online retailer this app has it all!

And On To The Next

Currently searching for a replacement app. Can't add my iCloud email box (yes I followed all the steps, undid them, & redid them MULTIPLE times, & correctly), & can't manually add tracking. I'm done. Useless to me. Used to love this app. UPDATE: 12/22/17 STILL can’t log in with iCloud!!! Followed the directions to a T & it keeps saying incorrect password when I know for a fact it is the right password! Now I’m locked out. I give up! This app is beyond frustrating!!! Way easier to manually track each thing individually!!! ???

Progressively Becoming Unreliable

When I first downloaded this app many months ago, it was spot on. It track packages like a hawk and notifications were almost instant. However, as of lately the app has become delayed. This week it is not accurately tracking packages at all. All packages are showing in the orders category, and not being transferred to the shipment category allowing you to see how many days away and who the courier is. I have to manually go into the website and research this info, which defeats the purpose of having the app. I use to love this app and I hope it is not on the decline, but it appears to be.

Was great until

It was great until I upgraded to the iPhone X. The app longer pulls my delivery info from amazon or my email. I have to delete and re-add my accounts for it to see them or add them manually. No thanks - I can just go to the amazon app and gmail instead.

Amazon shipments not posted

Amazon shipment do not post in Slice. Hopefully this bug is fixed soon, otherwise great app.

Crashtastic!

johnnaryry

Previously Slice was a quite useful app, but after the last few updates its only serves as a very limited notification service. Any attempt to gain more information for the notification results in a crash on launch or, for the quite rare occasions when Slice actually survives launch, a crash upon the first tap attempted.

Partially Works.

It’s progressively getting worse. I’ve had this app for years but it looks like it’s time to get rid of it. It shows purchases but doesn’t update when shipped and now it doesn’t give you the option to add tracking anymore, especially things bought from Amazon. I now have to go on the merchant’s website to track my items which renders this app obsolete.

Worse and worse

Most of what I order is from amazon, and lately Slice only logs the orders but not the shipments. There used to be an option to “add shipping info” to an order manually, but it looks like that option is gone with a recent update. So now it sees my orders, and I have to add shipments in manually with no way to connect them to the orders? It’s a waste of time to have this app if I have to enter it all manually and can’t even connect the items. I also received a few emails with sale deals, and Slice put them on the orders page, causing me to panic that I spent hundreds of dollars unknowingly. I’m deleting it.

Good and useful app, but....

1/2/18 Update: app crashes right after opening. 10/17 Update: I just ran the update and now upon opening, the app crashes while trying to refresh. It’s also not picking up some orders and some shipments. Not sure if that’s an issue between GMail and Slice. Would also like to have a list view and the ability to alphabetize Orders by merchant. Since I order products online quite a bit, having everything in one place makes it easier to keep track of orders and deliveries. A couple of suggestions: A. Add a category for Arts and Crafts purchase types B. Better integration with orders powered by Shopify. Sometimes I have to manually add shipping information. C. Expand the photo search or allow upload of a product picture. D. Use actual shop names from Etsy orders.

Just about perfect

The only thing holding it back from 5 stars is the lack of 2 factor authentication support for Amazon
