Time to switch

I have used Skype for many years to run my business. It just keeps getting more and more broken. I seems clear that Microsoft wants us to switch to Teams, but that business model doesn’t work for international contractors. And at this point I wonder if they can do anything right.
Used to work well. Now it stinks.

Have issues connecting. It often doesn’t update or show new messages. I uninstalled then re-installed and now my entire chat history is gone. Not sure what changed. Now this app is super buggy.
Mysteriously charged for months

I’ve been using Skype for a long time. But recently I noticed I’ve been charged for the monthly unlimited plan (US) for a few months, that is something I never signed up for. I already have unlimited plan with my carrier, why would I ever opt in for this?? I feel like I’ve been scammed!
Always issues with audio settings

Skype always sets the volume to max automatically. And you can’t change it. Skype has gotten worse since the Microsoft acquisition.
Pls fix this problem

This app we use it for school and the app is amazing but is annoying when they kick u from the calls or put u in mute like this is for school and if they keep kicking me out of the call I can’t attend to the teacher
