Terrible

Tanarreitor

You need 20 taps to do basic things, read messages won’t synchronise with the desktop app, horrible layout, no iPhone X support, etc. Microsoft keeps killing their own software.

Two stars until iPhone X is supported

Billyandika

Come on guys, you can do this.

Mute button really confusing

Shivaps

On the Skype for business desktop app, when you are muted the mic shows with a diagonal line. On the mobile app its the opposite, mic with a horizontal line is unmuted. Me and several of my colleagues have run into several confusions due to this.

Still no support for iPhone X

JaredTheGamer

C’mon Microsoft ... an otherwise great app if you’d just add iPhone X support!

no real update for months

Gofry555

Instead of general performance updates, would be good to be compliant with apple's design requirements, solve iphone x compatibility issues, improve stability and resuce cpu usage.

Great but need iPhone X support

Prototypesoldier

Great Skype for business mobile version but needing iPhone X support. Would also be nice to have in chat labels so I know what buttons do what. Would also be great to see messages instead of an empty chat despite me seeing a message preview in the main chat window.

iPhone X

Still no iPhone X support...

Skype for business

S.Kingabury

Using Skype as a business communication tool has been very freeing! We no longer are tied to our desks or desk phones. Pop in a Bluetooth or doppled earpiece make you call from the Skype dashboard and away you go! Even working remote without a laptop as the Skype app lets one participate in meetings and messaging from a smart phone. (Although presenting from a phone is still not a feasible option)

Complete Enterprise Collaboration App

Sachin Sinha

This app keeps your sanity alive. It ensures that you don't get dumped in the deluge of emails and get tasks done faster than when collaborating on emails.

Messenger pigeons would be better

Just awful in every way. Joining a meeting is a crapshoot at best. If you do get in, be prepared to be dropped randomly and frequently. Oh, and if you need the other people on the call to be able to hear you, forget about it. On a positive note, the chat feature is nice for telling others the app is not working for you.
