Very easy to use. Love the video option. Bit of a delay when sharing windows or desktops but you get used to it

App keeps crashing, difficult to sign on, doesn’t sync with desktop version. I hope the developers can fix these issues ASAP.

Nice for conference calls where presentations are involved, when it works. Example: I had two Skype calls back to back, everything went well on the first call but I only had the audio on the second. Half my teammates experienced the same thing, no video, only audio.

It’s not good for business

I don’t know how these people can possibly design something like this. It’s slow, often out of synch. Hard to find the conversations. The design team needs to trash it and build one from ground zero. I just can’t conduct business with this. Too bad we have office 365 and it comes with this piece of junk. So many positive reviews here. Really? Bet they have never used any other chat apps.

Really inconvenient. The interface is confusing (meanings of buttons) but the worst part is the poor sound quality and the disruptions.
