$0.99/3 Months -> Promo Scam

jusshawns

Discovered this website via a promotion that was not honored. The company attempted to charge $79.20 after the first month of access! Seriously?! Will I use it ... sure but the cloak and dagger sales tactics are ridiculous!

Love the Diversity of Skills covered

IvyQ

I enjoy working in a variety of mediums and love that I can find most anything I need to know about in SkillShare. The videos are clear and broken into intuitive sessions. One of my favorite apps.

Apple TV app no longer works

elu376

Error loading content when trying to view classes on Apple TV. Can’t log into support site to report issues. Airplay mirroring displays video rotated 90 degrees. SkillShare has outstanding classes. I’ve enjoyed hundreds of them, but their software is disappointing. Hopefully they will fix these (and many other) issues soon because I love their classes.

TERRIBLE

Broken App

Trovador2

The service looks cool but the app seems very bugged. Crashes, logging out, frozen videos, everything that has to work, simply doesn't.

A great way to learn

Jg4+

Skillshare is a great way to learn. As a fledgling creative entrepreneur I am able to find classes in many areas to support me in my business. It is great! And the fee for what you get- great classes by qualified teachers- is awesome!

This is a bad app.

The Sidewinder Three-Thousand

I just signed up for Skillshare premium (March 2018) and am surprised at how bad the app is. In the first 30 seconds I noticed: 1) The app isn’t formatted for iPhone X (they’ve had since June of 2017 to fix this) 2) The home screen instantly became hung up and started giving me the spinning cog 3) The app asked me to rate it (ahem) and so I pressed the button... and it couldn’t even connect to the App Store! Very disappointed. I thought they’d have more respect for paying customers. Not a great start. If the app doesn’t Improve dramatically, very quickly, it’s unlikely I will continue with my subscription.

Add some more features please!!

faith4vincera

This review is less for the content, and more for the app itself. I love, LOVE Skillshare, but my workflow is a bit cumbersome currently. I tapped into Skillshare for graphic design classes, and tips on how to maximize my iPad Pro experience. Needless to say, if I’m viewing the video in the app, and the interface is fullscreen, then I can’t practice along with the instructions. I need to use Procreate, etc., but can’t with this app running. PIP or Chromecast support would be amazing!! As it stands, I have to watch and then try to remember, or switch back and forth, which is a bit frustrating. Even with iPad multitasking, Skillshare does not work :( Also, integration with the website is key! As it stands, the reference supplements that are not accessible from the mobile app. It would be great to have all of the feature of the website available.

Pay

Awsome minecraft kid

I would like skill share if it didn't need to pay for a class to learn a skill

I came for the free trial and stayed for the content

I was interested in Skillshare for all the Illustrator classes it offered. Over time, I found myself searching the app for other digital mediums, art instruction, OBS tutorials, and any other topic where I wanted to know more. My only request is to spread the Skillshare app to other devices so I may enjoy it at home and on the go :)
