So far I'm enjoying the classes I'm taking and the app very useful when not using my laptop. Wish you could upload your class projects from iPad but still enjoying the app and classes.

You’ll probably forget and lose $100 like me?

dunnasar

I’ve been duped and it’s my fault but that doesn’t make up for a terrible customer experience. 2 month free. no email notification of charge once the two months are up (so sneaky! Who does that!!???!!!!) They said they wouldn’t refund me and this isn’t the kind of charge you can dispute with the bank. Here’s my feedback for the team: 1) don’t dupe us, email us the day before like any normal company does before a charge because a google search will tell you how common this is. You’re using rules to overlook common human experience and are not transparent about this. Not cool. 2) change the auto subscription to a month instead of a year, this way people won’t be so infuriated and the stakes are much lower for everyone. Plus you’ll still make a profit from negligence, which is so great for you. 3) put a clear subscription manager in-app. Don’t outsource to Apple. It’s very hard to navigate. Now I’m going to go enjoy the goddam subscription because I’m not going to let this get me down. But I’d rather have my refund and I will resent you forever ??

Needs speed control

ckueda

It’s a decent app that lets you download videos for later viewing but it’s missing speed controls. If I’m not in a hurry downloading then watching is fine but I do tend to use the safari to watch videos because you can control the speed.

Not supported on iPhone X

philipamour

The app has not been optimized for iPhone X for over 10 months... you can’t be serious

Crashes after latest update

ZombieGrly

Just getting started on Skillshare and after today’s update I can’t even get more than 1 minute in and it crashes.. needs fixed ASAP. Rebooted and it doesn’t help... will be canceling if the issue continues:(

Terrible First Impression

Fanboy Matt's Biggest Fan

Really disappointed in the crash rate of this app. I couldn't consistently watch any classes because the app kept crashing or signing me out. I attempted a search into how to correct the issue but only found advertising for the subscriptions. Also had difficulty maintaining my free first month.. The app kept unsubscribing and locking me out of all the videos. I am a teacher and was interested in all aspects of this program.. unfortunately a really bad first impression. Hope the technology can be resolved because the videos seemed to have some awesome content.

Love Hate Relationship

Why do you STILL not have iPhone X support for your app? It can’t be that hard. I am having to use Safari instead and it’s quite annoying. Love the content. On year two with Skillshare at the moment. Please fix your app.

Unusable

nathan.paschal

With the new update the app is completely useless. Unable to play any videos. Before this update the app and software as a whole have been great

App is terrible, crashes

Ruhnay9875

This is a really cool service, but the app crashes with every click and the sign me out. Deleting this app until bugs are fixed :(
