Won’t open

I spent a lot of months using this app and it was going fine but now it won’t open at all.....I hope I don’t lose my projects!!!

Used for years, now impossible

I don’t know what happened, and I hate giving the app such a low rating, because I’ve truly loved it for so many years. But immediately at 6 pm today, the app became unusable. The second it’s opened, it crashes and doesn’t let it open at all for more than a few seconds. I restarted my phone, updated my iOS, and even deleted and reinstalled the application (much to my dismay, as I lost all my work) to no avail. I am devastated, and judging by the online community forum, this is a problem many people are having. I would be most pleased if a solution was found to this.

Keeps crashing on me

I love this app! It works great, I love everything but recently It has been crashing on me. I tried restarting my phone, deleting and reinstalling the app but it still crashes on me, might want to fix that but other than that it’s a wonderful app.

Won’t open all of a sudden

I have lots of designs saved on this app on my new iPad pro, but all of a sudden it won't open the app at all and only crashes to a black screen after attempting and then just returning to the home screen. What do I do????

It deleted everything

I loved this app for a long time. Used it for 2 years and bought all the upgrades. One day out of no where it deleted all my work and crashed. Now the app does not work at all.

DOES NOT WORK WITH iOS 11

I used to love this app but after updating to iOS 11, THE APP CRASHES and won’t even open. I lost all my work. What kind of sh** is this? Please fix this & give me my work back.

Crashes in iOS 11

This app will not run in iOS11, it crashes on start up. The solution from Autodesk is to revert back to iOS 10. I’m paying 30$ a year for an app that I can’t use and I can’t access any of my drawings. Check out Procreate if you want an app that works in iOS11. Great job at supporting your product Autodesk.
