It won't start

Ive been trying to open and use this app for over an hour, complained on the official Autodesk forms and it will not open and start, all it does is show the logo, flash my current drawing and crash. Ive tried restarting my iPad but I'm too scared to uninstall it. But I love this app, I used it to draw everyday and complete the challenges/art games but now I cant, Autodesk get your stuff together!!

The only reason I’m giving this a 2 star instead of 0 is because it is a good app overall but 4 months after having 100+ drawings that took over 5 hours each the app glitched out got rid of all my drawings that took a lot of hard work and they need to fix this because I am done with this after paying for the subscription and my 100+ drawings going away and even tho I can restore my subscription I can’t bring back my 100+ drawing they need a mode to restore drawings on each account
Crash and all of art is lost

App continued to crash for me on 12/31/17 I ended up losing all of my art....

Hello Autodesk team! I love this app, it is very awesome and has SO many great features! I just got an iPad pro for the sole reason of drawing in this app. And everything is great about it so far. However, I found lots of cool brush sets on the Sketchbook website that I downloaded, but then I realized I can’t download them into the app. I tried to find a solution online but it appears there is no way to do so. I really think this should be a feature in the iOS app because the devices it runs on are just as important to artists as others where the feature is available, and I am sure that the operating system can do it. So I request that you please add it, as this iPad app is my primary art creation tool, and I would love to experience all the Sketchbook has to offer. Thank you!
Missing Important Features

I switched to this app a little over a month ago because my previous one wasn’t being updated to the latest iOS unfortunately. Good saving features, a variety of brushes, and I suppose having only 3 layers is manageable. However. With this app, at least for the free version, you cannot move anything around on layers and there is no paint bucket tool. These are two very crucial features that I would utilize a lot and it’s very disappointing that this app doesn’t have these. I’m considering looking for something else because of these missing features... but if you’re a causal artist who doesn’t use these a lot then I guess this is a pretty decent app.
