So much work is lost from previous app, and features are really fewer

Since they won’t update the previous version of the app, I cannot even open it to get my previous work out. The new app “appears” to have more features, but they are essentially the old features. Features are gone, basic ones, like flood-fill. Now asked to pay, or subscribe. Leave the free version useful, and encourage spending money on extras, rather than charge for basic, or lose a lot of your baseline of users.

I could use a lot more from the desktop version and a way to sync up the desktop version to my app would also be great since I’m on an Apple device on my desktop is a windows

So I purchased the premium package and it worked for about 6 months then it disappeared like I can't open the extra tools or the copic package. I mean what happened to my purchase?
Nice app with good options

App has many different brush styles and colors. Like being able to create art on the go. Need more ways to share and save art. Oy able to choose font, not to resize text. Text size takes up entire screen on phones, making it difficult to finish creations.
