This app is awesome! You can start easy and gradually work your way up or you can just go hard from the start. This app has definitely motivated me to push myself harder. There’s something for everybody here.

Don’t bother unless your a beginner

After reading the reviews, I was hopeful but unless you’re a beginner you can’t get access to anything else. intermediate or advanced exercises will cost 59.99. It was a complete waste for me.

Loved the app until they started charging

Now you can only do the beginner workout without paying. I’m halfway through the advanced and now I can’t finish unless I pay. Very disappointed.

At first it was great! There were workouts with only the hinderance of having to look at one ad, but now I have to pay $60 to finish the intermediate plan that I was already halfway through? Absolutely ridiculous. Uninstalled.

I’ve been doing these workouts for FREE then very suddenly they make me pay for them? I mean it’s one thing if there’s cost up front, but they changed it to subscription. Not happy. Will just find another FREE app or site

Went to the hospital because of this app do encourage more stretch exercises before and after the workout because they jump straight into it
