Decent app for workouts but doesn’t always log workout. So you can’t keep track after finishing a workout it’ll just be like you never did day 15 work out until you do it again the next day and hopefully it registers that I one

I may purchase this app soon. The free edition is amazing. The entire "in 30 days" series of apps are useful in anyones fitness journey. I strongly recommend checking them out!

I love this app, but Don’t isn’t pronounced DON-TEE and Shouldn’t isn’t pronounced SHOUL-DEN-TEE. That’s really annoying otherwise it’s a 5 star app.

This is a great app, easy to use and effective! Only problem here, there is nowhere for me to cancel the premium account I signed up for! I hate it when apps make it difficult to cancel. I would absolutely change the star rating on this review if someone could help me out ?

I got very good results from this app. The course is well thought out in a way that the harder exercises are introduced slowly and it works all the abs and obliques thoroughly. By the end not only did I see a difference, but I could do more reps and had better form. It’s hard to get in a workout every day, so I’d suggest ignoring the ‘rest days’ and using them when you can’t squeeze in the workout.
