The app is good and all but I paid for the 1 year subscription and I still don’t have it. Every time I click on it, it says error occur. Can I please have my member ship I didn’t just spend 40 dollars for no reason.

I probably wouldn’t have chosen this app because the app icon looks intimidating and I would have thought it was designed for people more advanced BUT I love how easy this is to follow! Its designed simple without a lot of extra bull you don’t need. I’m VERY new to fitness and I love how you don’t need equipment, and it has animations, directions, and videos of each exercise if you need it. (Which a lot of beginners do). It allows for 20 second breaks between exercises if you need it and you can add more seconds if you want. And I also love how it’s not just for abs. After I’m finished with the 30 day challenge I’m on I’m going to purchase the extras. I’ll also be recommending it to my friends as it was recommended to me. And as of January 2020 it costs $40 a year to unlock everything. That is not a bad price. Anything more would be too much but I think $40 is a fair price. I only wish it was available for the Apple Watch as well. That would be amazing!

It is a great program but you can’t do every training because you have to pay money for it if you didn’t have to pay money to train that was going to be better

I love this app it is simple yo follow and you can play your own music while doing the exercises and it is totally worth it to buy the extras of the app. And when you start you chose if you are beginner or pro and it takes you to the exercises you need.
