It’s okay—many glitches and unresponsive support

App okay at first , but it doesn’t advance well and customer support non existent. I have reached out to support at least twice over 11 days and have not heard back. In my settings I have alternate exercise ”turned on”— which is great in theory. User should be able “?” if exercise isn’t suitable, give reason like “I have an injury...too hard...” and a new one should appear next time around. This has not happened. I keep getting same exercise thrown back in. Essentially I miss two sets every workout, with no alternative being offered during or in next workouts. Exercises and sets are fine, but think 39.00 is low value for what it offers. Update : no response from developer. App does t progress. Just repeats after 30 days. Additional workouts for arms , etc never change.

I paid for the app. Then I had to restart phone and it won’t recover my purchase.
Helped me lose 40 lbs :l

This app helped me a lot because I’m an emotional eater and has easy to learn exercises and they don’t bore me. Basically not bored = not eating

Do you what’s said in the app, have a diet, add other exercises and run. And do at the end 3 sets of 34 abs. It works trust me, it did for me.

I’m a little disappointed with this because I had this on my old phone a while back and there was nothing premium about it. It could do the 6 pack abs one and pay nothing. Now that I have a new phone it’s premium? Why? But, I really like this app it works fantastically. I just wish I could go a little more extreme without paying like I used to.
