Needs a Lot of Improvement

The app is a little ridiculous - we do not have physical cards after carrying memberships for the past few years, however when signed in and attempting to create a new reservation, it requests the pass number. This seems easy enough since it’s displayed within the app, except there is no way to copy said number, so you have to write it down elsewhere just to them type it into the app. This really should be much easier than it is.

Each visit we seem to have rides not working. I LOVE the ordering ahead. While in line for a ride, I’m able to order my food & have happy kiddos! Crowds were a bit un-nerving considering we’re in a pandemic but maintain social distancing as much as we could. We enjoyed our outing. We can’t wait for Holiday in the park in December. Already made reservations!


Order lookup not working

Terrible app, not even after the update I am able to do something as simple as lookup me tickets order for Six Flags Fiesta Texas. I just get a message of “Something went wrong please try again later” Not even after buying tickets directly from the six flags website I am able to save them into my mobile wallet. I had to take a screenshot of each one while in my browser instead, because the app is useless in this sense. Will rather buy tickets from third party sites next time, since at least their wallet functionality does work.

You can tell Six Flags is a big company who is TRYING to keep up with the times-making an app for the park. However, the design is not user friendly. Also, a peeve of mine with this app is that I am a seasons pass holder so it updates in my app that I have a seasons pass. When I need to reserve a time that I’ll be visiting (because of covid protocols) the app brings you back to the Internet, you can’t make it through the app. The reservations don’t automatically get your info from the app, so you have to do everything from scratch, including entering the long seasons pass number (which is inconvenient when the card is not on me). It’s somewhat informational, but they should really invest more into designing this to be user friendly.

I tried to reserve special parking and could not get the link to open it kept going to a blank page. Six flags needs to make this option a hell of a lot easier for old people.

Site not easy to navigate Not clear why, with season passes one has to pay for the safari No direction on how to upgrade if that were an option!

i hate six flags

I’ve been trying to cancel my membership since the pandemic began. You can’t reach a live person. You have to have your receipt number when you 1st purchased membership which is ridiculous. When you request that they email receipt it has yet to send an email! The park was closed because of the pandemic but Six Flags won’t allow you to cancel. The worst company ever! How can you force a family to continue to pay for services they CAN NOT USE? Needless to say Six Flags is heartless and a rip off!

Bought a 2020 season pass in December 2019. Didn’t get to go one time in 2020 because park closure due to COVID (still closed and year is almost up). Asked for a refund and response was “Sorry, we don’t offer refunds”
