Bad UX

This app has horrible UX. Basically it looks ok but then when you click any link it sends you to a website version of the page you clicked which is terribly bulky. Also adding tickets and passes is really annoying because it gives you an option to enter a super long digit number or scan the barcode. Neither import from your phone’s email, so you have to resort to screen printing and typing in the long code or physically printing and scanning, neither are user friendly. In addition, to buy new tickets it also sends you to an accompanying website version within the app, but then again you have that same UX problem as above. Half the time the tickets don’t even scan in to the app. This app really needs an overhaul to be useful.


App Crashes when Checking Schedule

The app always seems to crash in an endless loop when you go to the schedule and try scrolling down to view the events list. Please fix! Otherwise, the app is fine.

Hard to find reservation for memebership. Can not add anyone to a memebership. No customer service

Their interface needs a lot of work!! As I’m typing this, the app is glitching. I’ve also never been a fan of person-less customer service. This could be a great app if they only put more rome and attention into it.

So the camera doesn’t scan the card and I don’t always have it with me. If my membership number is saved in the app why do I need to type the whole thing out when making a reservation. Fix this please.


Great rides lousy services

The rides are great but the service here is horrible and the drinks and food are expensive. Many of the workers here are inexperienced and young and have no idea what they’re doing. It’s really inexcusable that Six Flags doesn’t want to invest the money in a professional customer service staff.

How can six flags not afford to have a good app. It’s a waste of time and money. It’s taking me forever to copy and paste and not able to transfer my passes . Many things I have to do them over and over again! I can’t even mal e a reservation with my season passes for me and my family! Really SixFlags !!!
