This is really worth it. We have the Diamond membership and we get a snack a lunch and a dinner. The only way to get the second meal is to wait three hours after receiving your first meal. Paying $40 for two diamond memberships and have gone two days this far and it has already paid it self off. The diamond elite (which is one membership higher than the diamond membership, and the one we currently have) is only good if you’re purchasing souvenirs and/or trinkets because that Membership gives you up to 50% off of store purchases. The average discount is 35% off though.
Reservations frustrations

I’ve been trying to make reservations for Holiday in the Park for over an hour now, and I just keep getting “application off line, reconnecting” or “error occurred, try again?” We were hoping to take our granddaughter tonight, but that’s not gonna happen if we can’t make reservations.
Reservations are needlessly cumbersome and annoying

App is generally fine when in the park, but during Covid when reservations are required the app is entirely deficient. Member information and pass numbers are already saved on the app, but when making a reservation through the app you have to manually enter your very long pass number, plus name, address, phone, etc.?? The camera doesn’t even work for scanning the pass when making the reservation. The entire process is much too cumbersome, and frankly very annoying. Please fix this and streamline the reservation process!
Really bad reservation system

Tried 30 minutes to book reservation ...after paying months of fee. This online system to book reservations does not work and he’ll confusing. Called a phone number to get help and no answer.

Terrible. Six Flags doesn’t care about anything but money and certainly not season pass holders.
Making a reservation takes hours!

I should be able to pull up my membership card, click on it and be allowed to make a reservation from there. The system won’t allow me to scan my hard copy of my badge OR allow me to manually type in my card!
Wont let me upload my passes

I’ve tried every way possible to upload my passes to the app and nothing is working. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app. This app truly isn’t worth your time.
