Horrible – Six Flags Review

I’ve been trying to cancel my membership since the pandemic began. You can’t reach a live person. You have to have your receipt number when you 1st purchased membership which is ridiculous. When you request that they email receipt it has yet to send an email! The park was closed because of the pandemic but Six Flags won’t allow you to cancel. The worst company ever! How can you force a family to continue to pay for services they CAN NOT USE? Needless to say Six Flags is heartless and a rip off!
